Ellison Realty Services grew from the vision of Nathaniel Ellison. As founder and owner of the brokerage, Nathaniel takes pride in how far he has come. He started as an agent with Theron James Realty in 1994 and later moved on to several companies and brokerages, including Nothnagle, where he became known as the go-to person for HUD homes. As his career expanded, he was able to build a reputation that was sound and well respected by his peers. After becoming a licensed broker he decided to venture off on his own and in 2014 he established House is a Home Realty in Rochester, NY. In 2019 he hired his first agent and later added another in 2020. In 2021 he changed the brokerage's name from House Is A Home Realty to Ellison Realty Services (ERS) and continues to lead its growing team.
